I am the Global Retail Education Manager & Trainer at SABON, a body and home care brand with over 200 locations worldwide. At SABON, I lead programs across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and America, elevating the customer journey and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. In the education department, I design and deliver globally consistent training materials that give Beauty Advisors the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create standout customer experiences.

I focus on building a learning environment that blends deep product expertise with leadership and service excellence, empowering our markets to forge meaningful connections with customers. By working closely with local teams, I make sure training is both globally aligned and locally relevant—fully living SABON’s 'Think Local, Act Global' philosophy.

Education Training Material

In my role at SABON, I create and deliver global training materials that empower our markets to succeed. Whether it’s a hero product relaunch, a limited-edition collection, or service training designed to master peak periods, I design content that equips Beauty Advisors with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to elevate every customer interaction.

One example is the global training I developed for SABON’s Face Polisher relaunch campaign. This toolkit blends product storytelling, usage rituals, and competitive insights, ensuring Beauty Advisors worldwide can deliver consistent, elevated customer experiences while tailoring education to local market needs.

Training Calendar

To keep our global education efforts structured and ahead of schedule, I created a comprehensive Training Calendar for SABON’s Education Department and market Trainers. Using the global Marketing Calendar as the foundation, I mapped every product launch, campaign, and activation into a training roadmap—ensuring materials are delivered to markets two months before each launch.

This system keeps Education aligned with Marketing, provides clear visibility across regions, and gives our Beauty Advisors the preparation time they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences worldwide.
